I developed some knee pain on my way to montreal, so I asked a friend to drive me back from Montréal. He dropped me off at a walmart close by, and I biked the rest back.

A bit sad I couldn’t complete the trip entirely on my bike, but it’s best to follow the physiotherapist’s advise.
